STI-4 Tablet/Capsule Counter Machine is manufactured for precise counting of tablets, capsules and softgels. The enhanced features of variable controlled counting speed and dust accumulating heightens the counting accuracy. It provides a flap nozzle for non-stop counting. Its sensor is easily operated with a PLC touch screen.
STI-4B Bagging Machine
The STI-4B is a 6-station rotary bagging machine with premade pouch loading magazine, vacuum pick and place, and integrated counting machine. Bag size ranges from 3” W x 6” L to 6.5” W x 8” L. Fills up to 30 bags per minute depending on product and count.
